Šablon:Talk namespace templates

This category is presently a mixture of: Templates typically used in Wikipedia's various "talk" namespaces ("Talk:", "User talk:", etc.), and non-talk-namespace pages that function the same way, such as noticeboards; and Templates strictly limited (often by their code itself) to the talk namespaces, or possibly even the exact namespace "Talk:". These should probably be split into separate categories, with the latter a subcategory of the former.
